INTRODUCTION.

Welcome to the website www.nextravel.com.mx ('Nextravel'), collectively referred to as the 'Site.' Your use of this Site is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By using this site, you express your consent to the Terms and Conditions. Nextravel reserves the right to add or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. All added or modified terms will take effect when they are updated. Your continued use of this site, even after the publication of changes to the Terms and Conditions, will signify your acceptance of such changes. Please return to this page periodically to check for any updates.

DEFINITIONS.

For all the purposes of the Terms and Conditions established herein, the following definitions shall apply:

STATEMENTS.

You declare, under oath and on your own behalf and/or through your legal representative, that you are a natural or legal person, of legal age, capable, and with sufficient means or economic capacity to commit yourself under these Terms and Conditions. You also declare that you have an interest in acquiring the intermediary and reservation services specified herein and that you turn to Nextravel for the purpose of acting as an intermediary between you and the direct providers of tourism services.

You declare, under oath, that you recognize that the services provided by Nextravel and its Site consist SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY OF INTERMEDIATION BETWEEN YOU AND THE DIRECT PROVIDER OF SERVICES.

Nextravel declares:

RESERVATION POLICIES.

The rates displayed on the website are only valid at the time of quotation. The rates will apply for the respective charge only if you make a reservation for the desired service; otherwise, these rates may vary.

A reservation is considered completed when you have a confirmation number, and the corresponding charge has been applied. At the time of booking, you authorize us, in writing and/or verbally, to use your credit card number to process your payment and expressly confirm that you are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as NexTravel's privacy policy.

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing your request. Availability cannot be guaranteed until we have received full payment. For some reservations (properly identified before entering your contact details and credit card information), we need to verify availability directly with the provider's reservation department before confirming them to you. NexTravel requests up to 24 hours for this availability verification and confirmation.

In order to avoid any inconvenience, you should print your corresponding voucher and present it when you require your paid service. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact your assigned Travel Advisor as soon as possible, mentioning your reservation number. NexTravel suggests that you carefully read the corresponding CANCELLATION POLICY clause. Any reservation change is subject to availability and re-quotation of rates. For more information, you should contact your assigned Travel Advisor, mentioning your reservation number.

Every reservation confirmed by NexTravel provides a reservation control number, which you must carry with you at all times.

PAYMENT POLICIES.

You, the customer/user, agree to comply with the Payment Policies for Tourism Services, located in the NexTravel System.

The amount corresponding to your NexTravel reservation will be charged immediately to the credit card information you provide for this purpose, as long as the status of your reservation shows that it is confirmed. It will appear on your statement with the label equivalent to the Provider, except for some reservations that include airline tickets where two charges may appear: (a) The first for the cost of the airline tickets, and (b) the second for other reserved services such as hotels, transfers, taxes, fees, and others. These charges will be reflected with the label 'TRAVEL RESERVATION CENTER' or the equivalent label of the Provider and the name of the corresponding 'AIRLINE.'

For payment of your reservation, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. If you do not have any of these credit cards, you can send us a bank transfer. For more information, please contact one of our Travel Advisors.

The rates published on our site are quoted in various currencies, which are duly specified at the time. Mexican Pesos will be charged in Mexican Pesos. In the case of any other currency, the transaction amount will be converted to US Dollars at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction. Please note that the amount that will appear on your credit card payment receipt may vary by up to three percent due to international currency exchange rate fluctuations. NexTravel is not responsible for such fluctuations. You acknowledge being informed of the currency exchange rate fluctuation and agree to the corresponding charge in US Dollars.

If you require a tax invoice, please access the link for electronic invoicing sent in your itinerary confirmation. It should be noted that for tax reasons, invoices will be issued after payment has been made or after you have enjoyed the reserved service(s).

You are informed that there are State and Municipal taxes and/or fees, both in the Mexican Republic and abroad, that may be charged directly by the final service provider. NexTravel assumes no responsibility for these charges, and they are not part of the final price of your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICIES.

The customer/user agrees to comply with the Cancellation Policies for Tourism Services located in the NexTravel System.

In the event that the Customer/User makes non-refundable or last-minute rate reservations, which are within the cancellation policies, the Customer/User accepts that such reservations are subject to the availability of the hotel at the time of payment application and that once paid, cancellations or charges waivers do not apply.

Any cancellation request must be communicated by you in writing via email to your assigned Travel Advisor, mentioning your reservation number.

For Cancellation of Hotel Reservations, Excursions, Tours, and Day Passes: When selecting the service of your preference, you can consult the cancellation terms and conditions applicable to each hotel in the links labeled 'Cancellation Policy.' Notwithstanding the information you may find in these links.

In the event of cancellation of the contracted service by the customer, cash refunds are not provided, but the agency provides refunds in the form of services such as circuit reservations, hotel reservations, tours, day passes, and transportation rentals

INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.

You acknowledge that the trademark 'NexTravel,' 'NexTravel.com.mx,' among others, are registered trademarks or pending registration for the exclusive use of NexTravel. By way of example, but not limitation, other trademarks, logos, trade names, patents, utility models, and commercial methods, customer portfolios, which appear or operate on this Site, constitute Industrial Property rights that are registered or in the process of registration, and are the exclusive property of NexTravel, its affiliates, or third-party contractors, and have been provided for use on the Site. For this reason, NexTravel has the respective authorizations and/or usage licenses, and therefore, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, modify, transmit, or distribute such rights or the content of this Site without the prior written authorization of NexTravel.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY.

You affirm that you have read NexTravel's PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY, the terms incorporated therein, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable. You consent to your personal information being used by NexTravel and/or its providers and third-party distributors in accordance with the terms of NexTravel's Privacy Policy and for the purposes set forth therein.
